Kernan Missions

From Jacksonville to the other side of the globe, we believe everyone needs to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. Here at Kernan we want to be faithful with this great responsibility Jesus has given us to lead others to him. Kernan Missions exists to help us do just that, starting in our own backyard. 

We organize our missions efforts into three geographical categories:

Local

• To better maximize our gospel impact in our city, we organize our local missions efforts through our Community Groups. Each Community Group adopts a local mission effort or organization in Jacksonville and serves them throughout the year. 
• If you are interested in serving a local mission organization with Kernan, please join one of our Community Groups. We organize them by age (by decade).

Domestic

• Over the next five years we are excited to further our relationship with the North American Mission Board (NAMB) by partnering with a church plant somewhere in the United States. Stay tuned for details!

International 

• We support and partner with the International Mission Board (IMB) to reach the nations. We currently have a partnership with a great missionary couple in Slovenia and are excited to adopt another partner in a different country sometime in the near future.
