BEAMBEAM is a community based organization serving low income residents in Jacksonville’s beaches communities and relying heavily on community support to assist our neighbors in time of need. We envision a future in which no beaches resident goes hungry or is haunted by the fear of eviction.
|
BEAM helps make a difference in the lives of those in need in our community. We would not be able to provide these families with hope and help if it was not for our amazing volunteers. We rely on more than 200 outstanding volunteers who commit to volunteering every week in support of our daily operations. These weekly volunteers support our food pantries, food bank, thrift stores, senior program, front desk, and financial assistance areas.
Additionally, BEAM is fortunate to have hundreds more volunteers who help with special projects such as outreach events, fundraisers, food drives, and more.
Volunteer with BEAM and connect with others who are working to make a difference in our local community!

First Coast Women's ServicesEvery day we serve women without hope who feel they are out of options. Desperate for a quick fix for their perceived crisis, they turn to us for answers and support. The compassionate services we provide help open their eyes to the truth about the value of life – inside their womb and out – and many are empowered to choose life as a result.
|
At First Coast Women’s Services, our first line of defense is always prayer. You can join alongside us in regularly praying for our clients by joining our Prayer Text Team. You can also participate in our annual Sanctity of Human Life times of prayer around the city.
There are a number of ways to get involved with First Coast Women’s Services, and we have volunteer opportunities to match any schedule and skillset. Whether it’s mentoring clients, helping us stay organized, or assisting with events, you are needed!
Use your group’s influence to make First Coast Women’s Services known in the greater Jacksonville area! Whether it’s scheduling a volunteer work day at one of our centers, praying alongside us, or participating in baby bottles, your involvement keeps the ministry strong.
